We fit together
Like a pitchfork
And a balloon
….
About the poem:
Some matches aren’t a good fit. These we can let go of. Or we can continue to try every possible thing we know of, again and again to force it, get frustrated, pissed off, angry, sad, and depressed, and eventually let go.
The point is that we can acknowledge what doesn’t serve us, then let go when we decide to do so.
(p.s. I’m not sure if I’m the pitchfork or the balloon!)
